Trying not to disappear

January 12th, 2016 at 03:57 pm

I haven't been checking in as much. Things are a little chaotic right now with work, side work (the second tester position I'm temporarily filling part-time), babysitting, cheerleading, and wedding planning. On top of that, DD1 was sick for about 2 weeks with digestive issues resulting in about $400 in vet bills. I am still budgeting with YNAB. I find the new one easier since it links directly to the banks. It's less secure, but since I monitor my credit report closely, I'm hoping that mitigates the risk of identity theft a bit. One of these days, I hope to update my sidebar and set some new goals for this year, but I have no clue when that will actually happen.

I'm sure you are very busy! Keeping up with YNAB is good. I haven't upgraded to the new version yet.

I have been having a lot of vet bills too, right now. I hate it when our babies are sick. Hope yours is on the mend.

CCF, I find it easier to continually use. Although it did take me awhile to set it up again. I have it free until November. If I'm not consistently using it to make productive decisions by then, I will probably hold off on subscribing.

Ima, he sort of is. It's looking better, but he's only been off meds for 2 days, and he's still on the sensitive food. If he's still good by the weekend, then we'll transition him back to his normal food. If the issues crop up again, we have to do bloodwork to test for kidney/liver diseases Frown

I hope DD1 feels better soon!
